Is it really free to post a request?
Yes. Posting requests and receiving offers is 100% free for buyers. ReverseThrift only charges a small platform fee on completed orders, and it is shown clearly at checkout.
How does escrow keep my money safe?
When you accept an offer and pay, the funds are held by ReverseThrift rather than sent straight to the seller. The seller fulfils the order, and the money is only released once you confirm you received what was promised.
What if a seller does not deliver?
Because payment is held in escrow, you are protected. If something goes wrong you can open a dispute from the order page and our support team will review the case before any funds are released.
How do I know a seller is trustworthy?
Every seller carries a trust score, verification badges (email, phone, ID or business), and genuine reviews from buyers who completed real orders. All of it is visible before you accept an offer.
Can I both buy and sell?
Absolutely. Any account can respond to open requests as a seller and post its own requests as a buyer. There is nothing extra to sign up for.
